\\BALLOON LAUNCHES

Balloon launches are WEATHER PERMITTING. Please check our Facebook page during festival days for specific information. Balloons typically launch right after sunrise and right before sunset due to most predictable winds. Launch times are approximately 7:00am and 6:30pm on Saturday Aug 24, 2019.

\\BALLOON STATIC GLOW

The "glow" or "static glow" is when the balloons are inflated, but are tethered and stay on the ground. It is held after sunset and the pilots turn their burners on/off for a twinkling effect. This event is also WEATHER PERMITTING.

\\BALLOON RIDES

We are thankful for our sponsors and therefore grant balloon rides to them, at the "Soft Landings" level and above. We would love to add you as well. Please see Sponsor Brochure for more info. Or contact Dennis Hall to schedule a balloon experience on another day.

 

\\PARKING

Parking is $10 per vehicle, per day.  We have tried to improve parking for this year but please understand the complex is only so big and only holds so many vehicles. Come early to get a spot!

\\SET TIMES

Schedule times are approximate and weather permitting. We aim to launch no later than 6:30PM in the evening, however, we could launch earlier or later, depending on the weather. Also, balloons start inflating well before the launch. In order to see the balloons filled and launched, we recommend everyone arrive by 5PM to ensure you don't miss out!

Participating RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals real estate agents have sponsored VIP/Client Appreciation Tents. Must have wrist band to enter that area. Check in at VIP area.

Alcohol will be offer through Cleats Bar & Grille and must stay in the designated area.

 

\\WEATHER

All activities are weather dependent and the times may vary from the posted schedule. For safety, balloon launches are completely dependent upon weather. We cannot guarantee that they will launch, and we cannot guarantee a time.
